My rant today is about a hair appointment with Hair Expression Salon and Boutique in Chamberlain. Yesterday I called for the appointment. I was told to come in today at 1 PM. To be safe I arrived 15 minutes early. They asked my name which was given. One of the beautician came to me and said that I was not scheduled till 2 PM and it would be better if I came back at 2:30 PM because she was running late. When I returned after 2 PM I'm told "you know what you aren't scheduled till tomorrow at 2 PM." While she was giving me the run around a white lady walked in to hear me say "but I just scheduled this yesterday, what has changed" the white lady said I scheduled my appointment yesterday also. Needless to say my hair did not get cut. Never will the name of their shop come from my mout
