Hair Experts hair salon and spa

I had my first visit to Hair Experts Beauty Salon Sunday 03/03/24. My stylist, Laura was warm and approachable. I requested a wolf cut, which overall turned out fantastic, except for a section that was cut too short near the top of my head. When I returned to following day, (03/ 04/ 24) Laura insisted that it was not due to any fault of her own. She suggested it had been from a previous cut or breakage from my bleached hair. However the, "breakage" was on unbleached/ unprocessed hair. I had intentions to return despite the mishap but after today I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointed. :(

They were really nice to me, and then knew enough about hair to help me explore the options they offer. They did not pass judgement my way for being visibly alternative. I was originally just going for a trim, but due to the hospitality and genuine care I received I will be going back for anything else, and recommending others do so also.

I've been getting my hair styled by Laura for several years now and am always very happy with her work. She has a great personality - she really listens to her customers and works hard to give you exactly what you want. I honestly cannot understand the one-star review that says the salon smelled bad. Laura, the owner, makes sure the place is kept spotless. It has never smelled of mold in the many many times I've been there. One more thing... I brought my mother, who has advanced dementia, in to get her hair cut and styled by Laura. Laura was just awesome in the way she worked with her and Mom was truly delighted with the results!

I began going to Hair Experts to see Danielle after being recommended to her by a friend about a year ago. Love her! She always makes sure I am more than happy with my hair before I leave! The new location is convenient and very nice. I have gone for colors and cuts, always satisfied! Would recommend her to anybody!

Outstanding Haircut and Excellent Service! Laura actually cares that you recieve a quality haircut and takes her time to make sure that happens. She definitely treats your hair the way it should be treated and is very informative with her suggestions. I'm writing this review immediately after I received the haircut because I was that enthusiastic about the overall results. I would highly recommend Hair Experts if you are looking for amazing results!
