Hair Etc

Your experience at any place really depends on the person who helps you. I got amazing service from Thoa (Twa) on her day off just because she had a spare 20 minutes, and honestly, she’s a pro. Everything was done exactly how I needed it, and even my little daughter, who was at dance class next door, got a small gift from her. All of this for an unbeatable price. I happened to have my camera with me, and I’m glad I can highlight such great service. They definitely deserve more clients.

I showed pictures to Thoa of what I wanted and she did it perfectly! So happy to have found her and Hair Etc! Very courteous and friendly service.

Gentlemen, I recommend avoiding this place for haircuts. The guy who cut my hair doesn't know basics. I didn't comb my har/set my hair before stepping into here. The guy who did my haircut did as is.(Before beginning the haircut, the hair was not adjusted.). The hair is uneven, resembling grass on a field that doesn't grow uniformly.

I moved to NC 4 years ago and have tried so many hair salons (around 6 or 7). None were good until I went to Hair Etc. They knew exactly what to do with my hair and I couldn't be happier. They are SO FRIENDLY too! I have finally found "the one".

The stylists at Hair Etc are fantastic. They provide great advice, my hair color is consistent and they do fabulous cuts. And beyond that, they are exceptionally kind to all their clients. Can't recommend them highly enough.
