I had a great experience with Emma! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome. She took the time to really listen to how I wanted my hair cut and even asked follow-up questions to make sure she understood exactly what I envisioned. Not only did she cut my hair how I'd envisioned, but she also went above and beyond by styling it beautifully afterward, leaving me feeling confident. Her attention to detail and personable nature truly made the appointment enjoyable. I’ve already received so many compliments on my hair, and I've rebooked another appointment with her. Highly recommend!

Linda gave me an amazing perm/haircut! She made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and her experience and expertise were obvious. Not only is she the best at what she does, she was also so fun to talk with! My hair turned out looking so good and it was a great time hanging out at this shop

I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience at Hair Essence. First of all, the salon is going above and beyond to make clients feel clean and safe during the pandemic which is much appreciated. Second, the staff is beyond talented, welcoming, and super friendly. They are so great and attentive and the ambiance of the salon is so warm with that downtown flare. I got my hair conditioned and an eyebrow wax with Linda - she's absolutely incredible. Run, don’t walk, to this Salon!

I will be back for sure. The space was clean and set up. Very nice atmosphere wise, the staff is very kind. They were able to get me in on very short notice. Honestly I don't get to go out and do salon pampering often but, this was a great experience. I worked with Emma who was super kind and gave me a beautiful trim. I highly suggest you go here if you're looking for a place to get a salon day.

Everyone here is very friendly and Maria T. does an incredible job on my hair. We jumped in head first with a perm, then a month later I asked her to cut about 10 or so inches off my hair because I loved my curls so much, I wanted to see what they looked like in long pixie. She's helpful with answering questions to help you feel confident in your next move. Great atmosphere and fun environment to spend an hour or three in!
