Omar, the owner has very good customer service and has amazing hair care product, including wigs and weaves😊. A great place to visit for all of your personal hair cares needs ❤️ been in business for over 50yrs.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. All their items as far as hair gel, kids plastic beads even rat tail combs are beyond pricey in this store. I asked for the cheapest hair gel and the guy showed me a $15 dollar gel. I said this can’t be your cheapest than he points to a 13$ one. Than he proceeded to say all hair gel is pricey after covid… yeah don’t go into this store. Straight highway robbery.

The hours suck 11am then the days it open they be closed just left there it's 2:30 and it's sat they close at six this is the sixth time they suppose to be open and they are close the only beauty supply in the neighborhood bad business. Just close down do on line orders

It's not what I expected. The stock seems to cater to African American hair which may be their niche. They don't carry an assortment of products like other beauty supplies I've frequented. I now realize that I'll have to travel down the hill or shop online to find what I need. That being said, the gentleman who owns the store was very kind and courteous.

Hair Emporium was great! Omar and Andy were the nicest people you ever met! Omar was kind and patient with me as I tried on about 5 wigs before I found the one I liked. This is my wig spot!!!
