Hair Elegance is a place I have been going to for many years. I have known the owner for a long time. Everyone who works there is very friendly, and when you walk in, you feel right at home. They always do their best to make you feel comfortable, and Amarilis the owner does excellent work. She has been wonderful for many years — a very charismatic and sweet person. The prices do not Break the bank. Today I had my nails done by Lavani, and they came out beautiful. I am very happy with the results.
