Worst experience of my life! I went to Megan for a Balyage and ended up with a chemical cut. I couldn't get into my regular stylist in time for my daughters graduation, so I thought I would try someone else who could get me in. When I brought up my concerns with how damaged my hair was, she had every excuse to avoid taking accountability. She did, however offer weekly deep conditions to help rectify this issue as "complimentary" since they don't offer refunds. After the 1st deep condition, my hair got worse. I then seeked out several other professional opinions to which all three said my hair was overprocessed. I write this with a heavy heart because I love both of these ladies but what happened is not ok. I have been seeing Megan and Sherri for haircuts for a few years now and never had a problem. I mentioned to Sherri that I wanted to go silver with dark roots and she said that Megan could and had done it for other clients before. I came in and Megan did my hair and what I left with was a weird lilac blonde with patches and streaks in what I can only describe as nicotine yellow. She assured me the color would correct with the purple shampoo. I was very unhappy with the color and showed a neighbor who is also a stylist and she was appalled at the color and condition of my hair. I have naturally curly hair and it will not curl or wave or anything. After dying it super dark to cover the awful colo

Hair Duz it is a great Salon. Very clean and all the stylists are wonderful. Kahlee does my hair and she does an amazing job! Highly recommend this salon!
