My boyfriend grew his hair out for almost TWO YEARS and they absolutely BUTCHERED his hair. He informed them he had a cowlick AND THEY JUST CUT IT COMPLETELY OFF!!!!!!! His hair is so uneven we can’t even laugh about it. I have an appointment tomorrow and I don’t think they are gonna like what I say when I walk in and they will NEVER touch any of our heads ever again. AND A HAIRCUT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE PAINFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!
