I had my hair done here once. First off the braider texted me way before my appointment saying that she's going to get something to eat. I get to the shop at my appointment time and she's not there. She pulls up about 30 minutes late and starts eating in her car. Then after she gets inside she starts scrolling through her phone. Finally she starts to braid my hair but complains about how thick it is. I was only getting 6 braids and this was her second time braiding my hair so it wasn't no surprise. I was so disappointed in how she had treated me as a returning customer.

I've gone twice and both times I loved it there. Mrs. Pam was the first person I met and I just needed a quick wash and dry. I was the last person of the day and she was just as kind as if I was the first. Even in such a tiny service it was done with great care. The next time met Jhania and she gave me a protein treatment, wash, dry, and trim. She's gonna do crochets for me next week. I will definitely keep coming back and you should too!!

A good experience overall. Everything worked out great.

I'm writing this review from inside the salon. They're a great group of stylists willing to advise on your hair type and actual needs. They explain why this is happening and give you a solution with timeframe estimate. They don't try to force any style or product on you while trying to earn your return visit. The young lady that washed my hair?! BEAST!! My first time won't be my last.

Very thankful that Pam answered the phone. I needed walk in service and Pam offered to accept me on short notice and work me in between scheduled clients. Upon arrival I was greeted respectfully and was treated with professionalism and kindness. I received my retouch, wash, dry, flat ironed and out in perfect time. Pam, thank you!
