As a hair salon owner, this store is my favorite. Never been disappointed. Quality - Prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend it !

They always have what I need and if not they help me find what I can use in its place. Everything is also fairly priced. Employees are always so kind there and helped me find my first wig and walked over how to care for it. Everyone here is amazing.

This place has started to scam shoppers. First the black lady at the counter started wearing face mask to conceal her face. The shelf has one price but when the product is scanned it's either different or they scan something that's more expensive but give you the cheap product. Please take pictures of the shelf label price then compare after it's scanned. I have been shopping my hair products there and today was my last day. BE VERY CAREFUL SHOPPING AT THIS PLACE.

Do not come here! I promise you that you would prefer to visit & buy from US Hair Beauty Supply! At hair depot plus they rude and their products are more expensive! Customer service is 0!

The store has a large selection of significantly over priced products. Reply to owner: Everything that I've purchased is priced $3-$5 over other retailers prices. I've shopped here many times with the goal of patronizing a local business. I hadn't noticed the price difference until the one product I was looking for was not in stock at your store. I found it elsewhere for $4 less. It was then that I began comparing prices. I stopped in the other day (out of convenience) to purchase Adore color at $9.98, when I could have ordered online for around $7. I will still visit your store if it's more convenient than other options. Future customers might appreciate knowing in advance that they will spend more at your business.
