First time at Hair Depot and I’m happier than ever Ashley didn’t act like she was right out of cosmology school she fit right in at this place and Becky the owner is such a sweetheart she gave me a Christmas card and some hemp lotion which I love plus Christmas footy socks which are super cute ,soft and warm. Hair Depot is the best decision I made I wanted a small hair salon to go to and I found it thank you so much Ashley for the beautiful haircut you did on me couldn’t be happier Sharon Ross

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a salon. Ive always found it difficult to allow someone else to do my hair because I haven’t had the best experiences in the past. This was the first salon I called in pursuit of a professional stylist. I didn’t even make it past the phone call because of how rushed and stressful the phone call was. I asked a few simple questions and immediately was told, “well, I’ve been a stylist for 20 years and I’ve never heard of that.” It wasn’t in a professional way, but condescending. As a professional in my own field, I never go out of my way to make someone else feel stupid for not knowing something. I educate them and attempt to help them find a resolution. And more so, if a customer called me to inquire about a possible service that they needed more info

Best place I've ever had my hair done! Becky, the owner is very sweet and a pleasure speaking with. My long-term hairdresser, Kim is absolutely fantastic!!!! She's very personable, honest but polite at the same time. She makes sure that YOU ARE HAPPY with you decision & will make sure everything is done to satisfy you!!!!

Kim rocks! She has vision and truly cares about making sure you are happy when you walk out that door! She is brilliant and an artist. I trusted her with my hair I went for the first time last night and immediately knew the girl knew what she was doing! I recommend this place very highly. Thank you for working so hard on my hair (: you are amazing!
