Rude and always watching like you're going to take something... hiring black and brown staff to accommodate DEI quotas still feels and looks painfully obvious.... Been in there 3 times lately its summer of 2024 and walked out, each time, hoping for better customer service.....threw my items down. Can't stand the watching....and hovering... let me shop in peace, please ! It absolutely is awful that a lot of the stores that are in inner cities, supply beauty products catered towards the black/brown community, which is their largest customer base here at this store, and the owners are not black/brown and however they allow mistreatment and bias to take place towards all the customers who are.... I'll shop online going forward. Everyone should not be treated like a criminal and a thief....
