The owners are definitely “weird” I just left out of this store literally only for some deep conditioner. The woman behind the register, whom I’m assuming was the owner did speak. There was also another young lady being the wig counter who greeted me with her head down. I wasn’t even sure if she was talking to me or not lol. Like the other reviews stated, the female owner also came from behind the elevated register counter to follow me down the aisle. I didn’t pay any attention at first then I noticed how she appeared to be watching me from behind with a mirror that was attached to one of the accessory racks! Funny she did all the but didn’t notice me standing behind her ready to check out while she was pretending to restock nail glue lol. No wonder their parking lot was empty and may ever

I walked into the store, greeting who I assume is the owner standing at the register. I proceeded to inquire about a product, to which she gestured to the necessary aisle. I thanked her, and proceeded. I realized the specific product I intended to buy wasn't in stock so I looked over the products in view. I bent over to read the differences between three very similar products to see what each one targeted. I immediately noticed the owner hurry down to the floor from behind the register to come into the aisle I was standing in. I ignored it and continued to read over the products. I noticed that she got within a closer distance, seeming to view over products on the shelf. I immediately became uncomfortable realizing I was being watched. I have always loved this business. The owner actually remembers his loyal customers whenever they walk in the store. . In my opinion, They have 1 of the best inventories in Augusta GA . I especially like how they have the 1pk of quality weave for full price and the other pk for half price. Very good owner and they have a loyal and stable staff as well. The staff is very knowledgeable of the products they carry/sell.

Just went in for lip gloss and a blow dryer found out I walked into a sale I didn't know about and even though I missed the fine print of cash only they still gave me a great discount for the items I purchased. Thank you will definitely return. Love my hair 😍

I've been to this location before and the experience was decent, however this particular time I was followed up and down each aisle I went on. I understand theft may be at a high, but every paying customer shouldn't be made to feel like a thief. Definitely a horribly uncomfortable shopping experience.
