Hair Day

I visited the store a few days ago with my autistic son to purchase some hair products, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The short Caucasian male behind the counter did not offer any assistance. Instead, he pointed down the aisle, assuming I knew where the items were located. This left me feeling overwhelmed, especially since my son has special needs. Despite my request for help, he continued pointing and offered no further support. When I asked him directly if he could come out to assist me, his response was unwelcoming. He eventually came out, but he had to walk up and down the aisle searching for the products. Ultimately, they did not have what I was looking for. Another customer in the store was far more helpful and provided better advice on the hairstyle I

I've been coming to Hair Day for a couple weeks now and everytime I come I'm greeted. They have everything you need here.

I got to say this place is really nice. There's a lot to pick from and the owner is really nice. He was very helpful. I give this place 10 stars. He did not judge me whatsoever. And everybody just needs to understand that he does work by himself. When I was there he was by himself, no staff. So if he closes his store for 15 minutes to go take lunch or something, please understand. He's awesome, nice and amazing person. So please give him respect .respect.and understanding

I've moved from this immediate area, but went here to get either human braiding hair or wefted hair to cut. Very different atmosphere from my previous visits in the past 2 years. The person at the counter seemed to be less than willing to help. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning. Quite sad as this used to be a good place to go. And it's even more sad the owners now are "clapping back" in replies to review. What you should do it try to make it right with people who are not happy with service and not make sure to keep money out of your pockets. This is not how you retain and build a customer base. I will be making sure others in my network in now to not patronize this store. Edit (10/18/2022): And per their response, there seems to be no desire to make amends. When your staff
