I love Hair Cuttery, this is the best hair salon company in Maryland. To me, It might be pricey a little bit compared to others, but it’s worth it. On top of that, I would recommend Elizabeth (the young girl), she always does really good job. But I think all the hairdressers there are really good as well, sometimes my favorite hairdresser’s not there, I’ve tried to let others do my hair, and always come out so good. Never complain about this place!

Mashid gave me a trim at the Fallsgrove location and I was really happy with my results. She talks you through every aspect of your hair cut and explains what she is doing, as she does it. The trim was very even and my hair fell "just right". She is exceptional-I highly recommend her! She is also very kind.

had a very unpleasant experience at this location and would strongly advise others to avoid it. I was told to come in and assured I would be helped, but when I arrived, they refused to take me in and wasted my time completely. There was no accountability or effort to resolve the situation. What made it worse was their constant push to charge me a higher price, even though my hair length was only shoulder-length. They were not transparent about pricing and kept changing the cost without any clear explanation. It felt dishonest and unprofessional. The staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no interest in providing proper customer service. I got a haircut today with Eli and had a great experience! She was truly skilled and did a beautiful job shaping my hair. I could tell she really knows her craft. I do wish I’d had enough time to get the deluxe blowout as well, since it would have added even more polish and highlighted the gorgeous details of the cut. But overall, I’m very happy with the result and definitely recommend Eli!

I don't usually leave reviews but the haircut I got from Mahshid was so good that I wanted to leave a review. I got to the salon kind of late but she took care of me anyway. She was very focused and asked questions along the way multiple times to make sure I was okay with what she was about to do. I would recommend getting service from Mahshid. I look great in the party pictures 👌
