I had a good time here. It was easy to book an appointment online, and the staff were both friendly and professional. I had to search a little bit in the online menus for the cut/service I wanted, but went okay otherwise. The customer before me had an issue with his bank not allowing the payment with their credit card, so they just sent it to me Venmo for me to pay on their behalf after my cut was done.

Siri was extremely sweet and patient with my requests, stayed beyond her usual time to make sure we don't rush it, and truly cared about suggesting good products for my hair. Thank you so much, Siri! Also shout-out to Jean-Marie who went out of her way to ensure that we got our appointment even though the hairdressers that we had scheduled it with had left already.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I specifically scheduled my appointment with Helen because of her great reviews. I arrived before 4:00 PM, only to be told she was running behind schedule and wanted someone else to cut my hair. If I wanted “just anyone,” I wouldn’t have booked with her specifically. I have had bad experiences with other stylists before, which is exactly why I carefully chose Helen. Instead of acknowledging that, she showed no apology and spoke to me in a very rude and dismissive manner. It felt like she thought she could simply pass me off to anyone because “it’s just a haircut.” That is not respectful of my time or my choice. There was zero accountability and zero professionalism. Jean-Marie was excellent. She made me feel comfortable and ensured that she understood the style i was going for. She was quick and efficient during the haircut as well, and made good conversation with a fun vibe throughout. Overall a great experience!

I went in for a pixie maintenance cut, and Phuong did an amazing job. He cut it down perfectly, exactly what I wanted. I was so impressed with his work that I’ve already scheduled my next appointment in five weeks. I’m really happy I found him.
