Hair Cuttery

I’m devastated. I went in with beautiful healthy hair that took me years to get to and left with super damaged, broken and over treated hair. I asked Beth for a minimal thing and left there looking like a clown and wasn’t even told about what it looked like in the back. I found out when I got home. I have dark hair and just wanted the tiniest few highlights so that my grays could blend in and I will put below what I ended up looking like. Mind you when I showed her the picture of what I wanted. She told me that it was no problem to achieve. On the picture section, I’ll put what I asked for and what I left with. And she thought that this was totally fine. She also broke a lot of my hair by brushing it with the wrong brush for curly hair and brushing it starting from top to bottom. I hate to

If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would most definitely! Nephy, Beth, and Becca were amazing! Nephy was amazing, she delivered what I wanted and I’m absolutely satisfied with the results and she conversed with me the entire time and I happen to be really shy so that was nice. My dad had gotten a haircut from them and he’s deaf so it was sweet of the staff to accommodate towards them, same with nephy doing my moms haircut as well. I cannot stress this last tid bit though! My aunt is a hijabi and was visiting FL from NYC for my mom’s birthday and she wanted to get a haircut but was unsure how that would go given that she needs privacy. Fraser is actually the best. My son came in for a total transformation from long middle back length hair to short hair, extremely nervous to trust anyone with his hair, and Fraser nailed it!!! She was so calm, peaceful, and positive.. kept communication with him, made sure it was HIS choice.. listened to what he wanted. We just love her. She also recommended great products that would work well for him, and they do! Will continue coming back to this location as long as she is there! A true gem of a human and hairstylist!

First time at the new building and I LOVE it!! Erica was AMAZING and I and so happy with my new cut and style!! Can’t wait to go back and see her again. Super friendly, knowledgeable, funny, AND she stayed late to get my hair done!! Definitely appreciate her and the rest of the girls at this location!!

I had a fantastic experience with Nephy for a balayage and haircut. She was incredibly professional and started the appointment by giving me a clear overview of the process. The results are amazing…exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend her for anyone wanting a stylist who communicates well and delivers great results!
