Hair Cuttery

Been going here for 2 1/2 years.I will only let Izzy touch my hair!! One time I let one of the other workers do it because she was out sick and I wish she would’ve read my chart on what she was doing because she would’ve known what the plan was and what was use!!! but Izzy tried to fix it!! Went in after 6 months and we had to keep it the same way because another person mess up!! But oh well crap happens!! I Highly recommend Izzy for all your color needs!! Very respectful, very polite. I just absolutely love her.just a few pictures of Izzy work!! The blue is what I’m stuck with for now but she killed it today!! Thank Izzy 3-3-26

I had a really disappointing experience at Hair Cuttery. I came in with a clear inspiration photo and explained what I wanted, but the stylist did not listen at all. I specifically asked her to trim my dead ends, yet she barely touched them and gave me something completely different from what I asked for. On top of that, she was unprofessional the entire time—making unnecessary comments about my hair being “too dry” and even questioning why I dye it black when my natural color is lighter. That was rude and unnecessary. She rushed through the service, didn’t take any care with my cut, and left my bangs uneven and choppy. The result looks nothing like what I asked for. I left upset, dissatisfied, and honestly feeling disrespected. This was a waste of my time and money. I would like a refun

Did a walk-in today and Toni was available right away to give me a wash, cut and blow dry. I'm usually pretty nervous about going into new places but she was confident, experienced and very helpful. I would recommend for sure! ❤️

Scheduled a blow out and it was by far the worst thing I've ever done. 10/10 never stepping foot into a hair cuttery again. Washed my hair, blow dried it with a round brush immediately to the point it was steaming. Usually when I get it done (another salon) they rough dry it first then use the round brush, less damage that way. Worst part she blow dried it straight, not a blow out. My hair was pin straight, I could've done that at home for not 70$. I wanted that bouncy blow out. I just wanted to have a little pamper relax session, instead I came home crying. They should change the service name to blow dry not blow out. That's what I get for going somewhere close instead of my usual spot thats 40 minutes away, never again.

Not a great experience. The lady was nice and all but the cut looks nothing like the picture my daughter showed her. I’ve had a crying teenage in the car since left a half hour ago. I picked her because she seemed to have the most experience. How have you been cutting hair since the 80s and not know what curtain bangs are???? I’m at a loss. My mistake for going to a chain. Never again.
