Hair Cuttery

Butchered! Worst hair cut and service in my entire life. Gina (the stylist they gave me) spent literally 3 minutes on my hair and then said she was finished. I put my glasses on and she had given me a completely different haircut than I requested (and showed pictures of) and the execution was that of a 5 year old with no fingers. When I asked her to fix it, she was rude and spent literally an additional 45 seconds on it. She made me look like a 1940's dictator and she cut the sides so short, I can't even have it fixed by someone else. She shouldn't be allowed near scissors again (not that she used them, she used the buzzer and that's it). Please don't go there and DEFINITELY don't get Ginal!

I ended up getting my cut for free because i left the salon sobbing. I asked sheena if she was willing and able to do a specific cut, i had long hair that you could do so much with. If she was unable to do what I asked i would have been perfectly fine just getting a trim. She CHOPPED my hair after i gave her multiple references and a video of what i wanted. By the time she was finished i was sobbing. Megan, the absolute SAINT that she is ran over and put me in her chair to do damage control to the best of her abilities but it was too far gone. I have never been so embarrassed and cried so long over a haircut. I feel silly and don’t want to leave my house. Two hours in a chair for a cut i specifically didn’t ask for. This is a lovely place to get a great cut near Bethany Beach. I recently drove my Mom here and the amazing Nancy treated her like a queen. The salon is bright and clean and everyone I encountered seemed quite friendly. Finding a reliable and talented hair stylist around here is a challenge, but Nancy takes her time, she listens to her customers, and she is a very skilled stylist. Mom was very happy with her new haircut!

I never write reviews but I love it here. Megan has been doing my hair for the past six years. I get highlights, low lights, cut and blowout. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my hair. I love her and I look forward to feeling beautiful after every appointment.

Leslie gives a great haircut and blow dry! I started going to her because she cuts and styles for many of my friends. She’s meticulous with making sure both sides are even. Loved my cut!
