Hair Cuttery

My daughter and I came in for a cut and style and my daughter got a partial foil with toner. They were a bit backed up but extremely gracious and communicative about what was going on. We had no problem waiting. We had interactions with 3 wonderful stylists, Esteban, Nickole and Erica who were absolutely delightful in spite of what was clearly a busy and would-be (to me) overwhelming day. My daughter's dye job took quite a while and they all talked to me as well all throughout. I love my haircut and my daughter was ecstatic with her gorgeous highlights. Truly beautiful. I think Esteban could charge a lot more for his work, but don't tell him that. Lol. They all are absolutely rock stars and we will be back spacifically using those stylists.

Jess always takes great care of me, and she does it with a smile. She gives feedback on what she thinks will work with my hair and what won't. My hair looks great every time I leave.

Jessica is awesome, friendly, and does great kids and adult cuts. I've trusted her to do whatever she feels looks best with little guidance for myself and my kids and she does surprises me every time! Highly recommend!

I feel as though I was over charged. I paid $91 for a shampoo, conditioner, blow dried and ends clip. When there is a package on the website to include all of these services for much less. I was charged for the Deluxe service and the Signature cut. Granted I did select the deluxe service (because I was not familiar with the services I wanted) while booking, why wouldn’t the package change accordingly to the services? The trim, I believe should have been an add on and not an entire separate service.

Erika did a great job on my hair, even though she'd been there since opening up this am. Super friendly, great personality, and of course great barber, ior is that barberette. I don't know my pronouns, I guess!!
