Hair Cuttery

I went to Hair Cuttery for the second time over winter break. I don’t get my hair cut often since I’m in school and my mom usually trims it. My first visit was just a simple straight-across trim with no issues. This time, I decided to treat myself and booked a wash, cut, and blowout. The service was over $60 including a LONG HAIR CHARGE?, and then also tip on top of that, so I was expecting a pretty high quality experience. My hair was very long like past my hips and is pin straight, and I was ready to take a decent amount off so I could have some texture and shape. I asked for long layers throughout, lots of face framing, and a U-shaped cut in the back because I was hating the straight-across, flat look. I discovered an incredibly talented and skilled hair professional named Keisha, and she truly worked miracles on my hair! My hair is very challenging when it comes to getting the right color and cut, but she absolutely delivered beyond my experience. Having curly, kinky hair can be a challenge, but Keisha was more than up to it. I’ve paid high~end salons in the past and still didn’t get the results l wanted, but this time was different. The salon is warm and welcoming and the entire staff is amazing. I finally found someone who understands my hair. Highly recommended

It was great to be able to schedule my apt on-line. I hadn’t had my hair cut & styled by a professional in over 2 years so I was long over due. I wanted a style that was easy to do myself and looked professional and yet could be a little sassy. Amrita gave me exactly what I asked for. I got so many compliments and it grew in great. Picture is right after I got it cut and then about a week later with me styling it myself. Highly recommend Amrita.

I left a good survey through their text right after leaving, as my hair was still wet and I hadn’t seen it dried yet. I typically go to Kohlee and she is wonderful with my hair. However, she wasn’t there when I needed a cut, so Bethany did my hair. She was very nice and took me, even though I scheduled for the wrong day by mistake, and she was very sweet and made me comfortable the whole time. I showed her two pictures of what I wanted, and while wet I thought I got what I wanted, but once I got home a dried my hair it looks like I have a bowl cut:( it’s very straight on one side, the sides don’t match, and isn’t at the length on the sides that I wanted. I’m really sad about the way my hair looks currently because of the dye, but I wanted a cut to try and at least feel a little better and

Amazing job as always! Alysia is the only one I allow to do my hair. Walk out with a smile every time and it's always greatest catching up with her during my visit.
