Hair Cuttery

I booked my appointment online, where the starting price for a blowout was listed as $47. Nowhere on the site did it mention any additional charges for hair length, products, or curling. When I arrived, I immediately noticed loose hair all over the floor throughout the salon. Once seated, the stylist asked when I last washed my hair and then brought me to the washing station, which was extremely uncomfortable—0/10—and she splashed water all over my face during the wash. After that, she told me she needed to “check the price.” She came back five minutes later with a total of $130 for a wash, blowout, and curls. When I explained that this did not match the price listed online, she said anything past shoulder length was extra, the products were extra, and curling was extra—none of which was

I am a blind individual. I was taken care of without fail. This hair cuttery is very well run. The energy is amazing. I will recommend this location to all of my friends and family. I’ve been getting my hair done by Wendy at Hair Cuttery since I was 14 years/ 2014 to now. I appreciate her doing my hair though out the years. She always listens, makes me feel comfortable, and I leave feeling confident every time. Also today I also had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, who was very communicative and took the time to explain the loyalty card program. The front desk associate was also so kind and welcoming. I just enjoy going to the Hair Cuttery. Always a good experience, the positive energy really shows. I’m so grateful for Wendy and the entire team there.

Sadly I have to leave this review. I’ve had my hair long for years of my life. As a sign of happiness. I went in and asked for my hair to be cut just to my chin but retain the length all around. And very subtle layers added. The hairdresser cut my hair on the first snip around 4-5 inches in one go ruining my long hair immediately. I didn’t get a chance to even say stop. She then ended up giving me a pixie cut almost. No where close to what I asked for. I’m sorry but I won’t ever return and now I’m going to hope that my hair grows back enough in time for my wedding in 6 months
