Hair Cuttery

Kerry was AMAZING!!! She was able to articulate and perform the idea I had in my head for my hair color and style. It’s even better than I could have ever anticipated. She has a customer for life!! I’m also glad she was able to educate me on the proper hair care products that I need to maintain the color treatment I just received. Thank you again Kerry!

I want to say something better, but this is a slow, understaffed Hair cuttery in Gambrills, that often seems to serve a more senior clientele. I came in at 1:30 on a Tuesday, at my Mother-in-law's request, for a short hairstyle. I decided to take a risk as well, since I need an interim short cut, with consult. We were told to come back in 2 hours, which we did. My MIL received a nicely styled and short cut by one of the ladies, and was quite pleased. I spoke with the possible manager on duty (?), and explained my family had been dealing with the aftermath of a severe car accident, and stress was causing hair loss of my decades long hair, for me. They got me in same day that I ruined my hair. Alicia fixed it beautifully. She is a fantastic hair stylist. And everyone there was so nice and supportive. Thank you guys so much for helping me.

This was the worst salon experience I've ever had. The stylist seemed like she didn't want to be there. She yanked so much hair out of my head. Instead of gently trying to get knots out, so would just yank on my hair and kept pulling. My scalp was sore for 2 days after afterwards. She forgot to add layers and I had to remind her when she went to blow dry my hair. Then at the end, I asked her if she could make the right side match the left because they were totally uneven. The price on the website said $47. When I got there she asked me if I had curly hair, I told her it is slightly wavy. She went back to the computer and said the price was going to be $71. I understand the price on the website can change, but $24 additional dollars for having slightly wavy hair seems extreme. That has neve
