I had a wonderful experience at this salon. The environment was professional, welcoming, and well organized from the moment I arrived. I communicated my hair needs, and Tawanda did a great job pairing me with an exceptional stylist named Rhonda. Rhonda truly delivered — my hair turned out beautifully and exceeded my expectations. You can tell the team here genuinely cares about their clients and the overall experience. This location is officially my new salon home. I’m looking forward to celebrating and supporting these amazing ladies at their grand opening!

Brought my 7yo in for a much needed haircut. Booked with Jazmine and was blown away by how wonderful she was with my daughter. She was patient, meticulous, and thorough. We are very satisfied with her haircut and plan on returning.

If I could give no stars, I would. I had a very disappointing appointment with India at Hair Cuttery. I showed photos and clearly explained the style I wanted, but the result was noticeably uneven and much shorter than what I agreed to. The undercut wasn’t the shape I asked for, and it’s choppy and uneven throughout. I didn’t feel listened to, and the overall quality of the cut was unacceptable. I paid $125 for a deluxe package and still left with below‑mediocre work. I even went home, rewashed my hair, and trimmed the uneven edges myself, and it still looks terrible. I’ve added photos showing what I asked for versus what I received. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future clients.
