This was my first time here, the experience overall was wonderful. Isabella, was extremely personable, knowledgeable, attentive, and very patient. My hair has been growing for years, finally built up enough courage to book an appointment. Definitely recommend Isabella, and her expertise, she never disappoints. The wash and conditioner was amazing! The stylist Jessi at the South Elgin, Illinois location was very personable and professional. After cleaning and stimulating my scalp and hair she provided me with a stylish layered cut and cleaned up loose ends. The final results were amazing! Very satisfying experience and for a great price!

Made a big mistake of taking my 11 year old to this place. We are not big on hair care and Savannah sure made my daughter feel terrible. I was really close to yelling at her but I teach my daughter to be polite and kind to others which clearly was not how she treated us. She gave us a lot of hair lessons without being asked for. She never bothered to have a small talk with my daughter or make her comfortable. She was irritated with the fact that my daughter was not following her instructions. Honestly i feel terrible and sad that my daughter went through this.

Yanira is an awesome, professional stylist who has worked on my hair and some other members of my family almost 11 years!!! Today Yanira color my hair and enhanced my highlights... Her professionalism and the particular way she explained the procedures she is going to perform, makes the client very comfortable and happy with the results!! THANK YOU YANIRA!!

I got my men’s haircut here today as a first time client and it’s one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever got. The stylist did not perform the cut based off the instructions I gave. Lastly, I got no shampoo offered as that’s included with the haircut, yet the stylist was in such a hurry that she told me to meet her at the front as soon as the haircut was completed. The top is all uneven and so is the back. Very disappointed as I have to attend an event today. First and last time going here.
