It was my first time coming here, and I worked with Ken, he did wonders for my hair! I have very textured curly hair and came in for a haircut and blowout. He was incredibly kind and very detail-oriented, especially when working with my existing layers. I’m more than satisfied with the final result! If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend booking with Ken!

Mina is truly a master of her craft. She had expressed concerns over a hairstyle I had requested because of my hair texture, but she was still able to pull it off because she's got the knowledge and skill set to do what's best for you and your hair. In addition to this, she's also been able to successfully cut my very curly headed daughter's hair after consulting and communicating to ensure she got exactly what she wanted. Anyone that has true curly hair knows what a rarity that is without spending $$$ on a specialist. I cant say enough positive, she's got my business and recommendations every time.

We (my daughter and I) have been customers of Truell for about 15 years now. She has helped us keep our hair healthy and stylish over the years. This particular location also has a group of stylists that are friendly and always get with smiles and ready to assist the customers. It’s a pleasure to come here.

Got a cut today, the lady who cut my hair was nice to me but the cut I asked for and what I got are completely different. I couldn’t tell because my hair was wet after the cut, I got home and blow dried it and I’m now miserable because I hate it so much. Can’t wait for it to grow back already :( I also went in because I was offered a 50% off coupon but told me that they need a “voucher” and gave me $10 off instead which isn’t a bad deal, but not what was promised. Most important part is that I hate my haircut and it’s now also too short to style differently 😥

I would give 0 stars if I could. Don't go herr if you have curly or even wavy hair. I came in with an overgrown wolf cut and I asked to basically keep the same shape, just trim the layers. I showed a reference of a butterfly cut with curcly hair and I came out looking like Lord Farquaad. I didn't have my glasses on so I couldn't see what she was doing. My hair has never looked worse and I have a gallery exhibition for my art today and my graduation this coming week. If you have very straight or Asian hair, this place would probably be fine. But otherwise, I can't reiterate how much you should not go here. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
