I am beyond happy with Yong’s work! I have very long, curly hair, which can be difficult to manage, but she always leaves it exactly the way I want. i went for a trim. i was rushed through the whole appointment. she tried to skip washing and conditioning my hair. when i mentioned if i was paying for that, she said yes. then seemed annoyed that i was asking. she spent all of two minutes putting conditioner in my hair and rinsing. what a waste of product. what is with asking me how much do i want off ? are you not a professional ? is this not a consult before the trim ? at this point i want to leave. i tell her i want whats damaged off idk what the measurement is. i was upset because my hair already was breaking and had already lost a bit. i tell her i would like to not have a childs cut but dont really know how to ask for style like i dont know the vocab. she saod oh you want layers? i said i guess i really dont k kw the vocab i just wo

I’ve been going to Yoon for over three years now, and I honestly wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair. She just gets it every single time. The cut is always perfect, and the way she styles it?
