Really debated leaving this review because I hate to complain but this place is not good. First I purposefully selected a more expensive stylist because it said she had more experience and that’s what I wanted. I booked a cut and eyebrow wax. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she like pushed it away like she understood and didn’t need to see anymore. The photo I showed her was of bangs. And she cuts my hair to my chin and goes look it’s the same and I’m like no I want bangs and she kept refusing to cut it to the length I wanted so my hair is out of my eyes and we finally got it to be ok but my hair is still in my eyes and it’s not what I asked for and I’m really unhappy with it. Then my eyebrow wax was the laziest worst eyebrow wax I’ve gotten in my life. She didn’t go back in w

Daphne took me in and gave me the best hair blow out! With my thick curly hair she did miracles! I highly recommend!

Everything was fabulous!!!!! My first time, but definitely not my last. Had a 3pm appointment and was taken very promptly. Now to Erica - my stylist. She is the best!! She listened to what I wanted. Gave me great input and suggestions. Did a perfect job. Met my goals exactly. I must say that I have really difficult hair. It is VERY VERY thin and fine. She is a terrific person. I really enjoyed her. I came there because she is my close friend Amy Charatan's stylist and she highly recommended her. Thank you!!!
