My overall experience was good. My hairstylist was friendly and was fun to talk to. However, he did cut my bangs unevenly so I did have to go home and fix them, otherwise my hair looks great! In terms of a general haircut sans curtain bangs I’d go back. Fair price for the area and length of my hair for a wash, cut, and blowout.

I had my highlights done by Abby at Hair Cuttery, and I want to start by saying that Abby herself was very kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire appointment. She explained each step of the process clearly, checked in with me often, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Her attitude and communication were truly appreciated. Unfortunately, despite her good intentions and effort, the final color turned out to be a light beige tone, which was not what I was hoping for. I had shown her photos of my previous highlights with brighter, warmer golden tones, as the beige shade makes me look older and does not brighten my face the way I wanted. I always receive compliments, even when I return to my very fashion-conscious home country of Italy. This is the best place in Bethesda. My stylist, Abby, is wonderful. I am in the chair on time. She remembers how I like my hair cut. She knows who I am. I tried three other salons, all comsiderably more expensive, and did not get this kind of warm friendly treatment. Highly recommended.

This salon in Bethesda is the best Hair Cuttery I’ve ever been. And specifically, Tiffany is absolutely amazing. She always nails exactly what I ask for. I’m really happy every time I leave the chair. I’ve had the best haircuts here.
