I am never disappointed when I go here! I have 2.5 year old twins. My son has gotten all 3 of his haircuts here. My daughter just got her first. The stylists are always so nice and patient with my twins (They both are on the spectrum).

Lorraine is an excellent hairstylist and always cuts by hair so nicely. She always entertains me with her conversation and then always asks how I have been and is everything going well in my life. Great customer service! I will only go to her.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I specifically asked for a light trim! Just a little off the back and sides, and to keep the top and front long. Instead, they completely misunderstood what “trim” means and cut 3–4 inches off the top, leaving me with what looks like a buzz cut. In all my years of going to barbershops and beauty salons, this has been by far the worst haircut I’ve received. Now I have to wait over a month for my hair to grow back. I strongly do not recommend this place. They clearly don’t know how to cut hair properly. Stay away!

Brought my 8 year old in cause of some knots and issues brushing. I only have 1 usable hand right now so it's hard for me to help her. Lorraine was amazing with her patience and she got all the knots out.

Don’t go here! It’s such a waste of time. I came in earlier this month to get my hair curled for a wedding, I regret it entirely. The ONLY reason I went here was because my go to salon was too busy that day. This was my first time at Hair Cuttery and definitely my last! First off, I was 10 minutes early for my appointment, and the stylist said I was “very” early, yet I didn’t even get to a chair until 30+ minutes late putting me behind schedule. They took others before myself even though I was on time. Then, the stylist tried to charge me extra for services I didn’t want. I just wanted a style, nothing fancy or cut at all. They wanted to add on hair treatments I didn’t ask for. They changed it to an “up do” when it really wasn’t one (just a simple style) AND charged me and extra $16 beca
