I went in for a simple trim about a week ago. Sammy cut my hair. I specifically asked for just a trim, no wash, no blow dry. The entire cut took less than five minutes. She charged me $35, and when I questioned the price, she said it was because I have “too much hair,” which made no sense considering how quick the service was. She didn’t even wet my hair, she just cut it very quickly and rushed through it. When I got home, I realized my hair was completely uneven and my bangs were crooked. Very disappointing experience. They were rude and completely unprofessional. I will never go back there.

I went yesterday and asked for blonde. My hair looks black with blonde lowlights. So low you barely see them. I paid 245 dollars for color, "highlites" and "cut". I feel robbed. Shirley was nice but i felt like i couldn't say anything, it felt intimidating. I hate it. Also my daughters hair was crooked and the guy who did it was getting his panties in a bunch because he cant take correction. Avoid this place

18 years I’ve been going there. I’ve been paying $120 for long hair whole head highlights. My hair is barely to my shoulders and she charged me 140 and then I gave everybody five dollar tips and then she had the nerve to ask me for more money for more tips. This woman doesn’t know my life or what kind of income I have. I’m on a fixed income. how dare you tell me how much I’m to give you you’re lucky you got anything at all at the way your attitude was towards me time to find somewhere new.

Absolutely love this salon! I was nervous when first entering because I have curly hair. It was my first time getting highlights and the colorist definitely put me at ease. She did an amazing job! I absolutely love how my hair came out! She took her time and also gave the most relaxing massage when washing my hair. Jason was the stylist that gave me my beautiful haircut. Definitely recommend checking this place out!
