I had a really bad experience at this hair store. The employees are extremely rude and make you feel uncomfortable the whole time you’re shopping. They constantly watch you like you’re going to steal something, which is very disrespectful. One of Ms. Han’s employees even snatched money right out of my hand, which was completely uncalled for. The son is also very rude and unprofessional. I will never shop here again and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

.I DO NOT RECOMMEND’ it was bad enough that you are watched like a hawk when you come in . The lady that works here isn’t so bad. Whoever the male is , TERRIBLE customer service skills & disgusting attitude. It was clear as day I got rung up for piercings that I never received. I never went in bag until the next day where I noticed it wasn’t in there. I called back & he wanted to argue me down & basically insinuate that I was stealing piercings & attempt to explain things when he hisself couldn’t see the bigger picture! He kept saying “ we always ask if you want it in your hand or the bag “ & guess who never got asked that?ME ! When I told him that he went silent , then he wanted to go back & forth so unprofessional I had to yell BACK before HE even supposedly pulled the cameras up, I had

Very unwelcoming, can't speak as you walk in or even as you shop .... but they sure can watch you !!! Decided to put my things down and shop else where !!! Ever since the new system the got I can never use my points and all the points I had before just gone .

I love going to the place. Always kind and courteous and have what I need.
