Hair Connection

My daughter recommended this Braiding Shop. I have no complaints. I was in @ 12 noon and was out @ 4. I told them the size, length and color and the rest was history. Literally had 3 people braiding my hair to finish the process. Paided 200.00 and tipped the extra hands that helped getting my hair done. We know hair styles aren't cheap and we pay to look good. With that being said, I will revisit to get my hair braided again.

Worst braid job I’ve ever had! Showed Sophia a picture, of the exact style she just did. She did something completely different and tried to charge me an extra $20! Got my hair braided on a Tuesday, the entire bottom row came out by Friday!! Went back, the owner braided the bottom row again, here we are a week later, entire row out again.. the row above it is loose, as if the braids have been in for an entire month already! Will NEVER go back here!

Called & they told me to come 1230. Didn't get in the chair until 2pm. Was quoted one price then they're gonna say another price. I paid $70 MORE than I usually do going on Reservoir st. But needed some last min for my vacation.THIS IS MY 1ST & LAST TIME COMING HERE‼️‼️‼️‼️ SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE‼️‼️‼️‼️

They always do my hair and my daughter’s hair perfectly! It’s a nice, calm clean environment! Definitely recommend! The owner is welcoming and remembered you when you return! Well worth the money!

Very bad customer service owner Rebecca has bad attitude!!! They have very poor quality hair never get what you ask for no refunds giving Or discount for future styling they Braid hair really extremely tight. I Have all types of sores in my head my edges were pulled out from being so tight paid $200 just to take it out the next day very unsatisfied will never return third time.I trued them and I was very unsatisfied. Do not recommend service to anyone.
