Hair Connection

Best place I have ever been to get my hair done! Pam and Lexi are so friendly and fun very professional hair stylists. They go above and beyond to do what is asked and I leave there very happy every time. Lexi does my hair, I recently just got a haircut and color and I’m absolutely LOVING it I can’t thank her enough! Pam does my husband’s and my dad’s and she does an amazing job as well! You ladies are awesome, I’m so happy to finally have found a great salon! Thank you both for for doing an amazing job.

Very good place to go. Pam and Lexi are very good at their job, as well as very friendly, good ladies. They certainly don't deserve a bad review. I've been going to that salon for a few years now, have always got a good haircut. I know of women who go there all the time and they haven't had a bad experience either. Keep up the great work Pam and Lexi, you are appreciated.

Today was my first visit at Hair Connections and I was grateful that I was able to get in on a Saturday. Pam is absolutely wonderful and cares deeply for her customers! I am the type that dreads to get my hair cut because of past experiences, however, Pam made it comfortable and did a great job! I love my hair cut and will definitely be going to her from now on! I’ve had hairstylists who don’t do what I want and even butcher a haircut but this is by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I’m a young, understanding person who has never written a bad review so all of this says a lot… Lexi was so extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. She cussed throughout the entire appointment. Not just the minor words either. Not only did she cuss, she also made several sexual innuendos. She did put the exact formula in that I asked for so I can’t complain there, but she was so rough that even getting my hair washed hurt. I thought she was going to burn my hair off when styling from her not paying attention. My ear would be severely burned if my hair on the barrel wasn’t wrapped and she didn’t even notice until I had to pull it down myself when I couldn’t

After posting my other review about Lexi, Pam, the owner of the company, called me demanding that I take the review down. The first time she told me to and (falsely) explained why, I told her that I would, yet she kept badgering me multiple more times even after I repeatedly told her that I would take the review down. Finally, she threatened that if I didn’t, she would involve a lawyer. I did initially take down my post, but after doing my own investigation, I am putting it back. Sorry, Pam, seems like it’s not a very professional business all the way around. *This is Morgan Tracy from the previous review*
