I’ve been going to Claire for 7 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My hair needed a lot of TLC when I first started seeing her. She helped me find a routine that I’ve been comfortable with for many years now and able to keep my hair healthy.

Hair Concepts is the absolute best hair salon around! Claire is amazing at what she does, and always brings my visions to life. Her talented team shines and the happiness and positivity is felt throughout the salon. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly. They’re up to date with the latest styles and trends and always seem to be continuing their education to better serve their clients. Clean environment. Claire is phenomenal. She cuts mine and my husband's hair and his beard trim. She takes excellent care of us every single time. Her shampoos are second to NONE. My hair has never been healthier and it’s all thanks to her! We always feel so welcome by all the staff. Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable and caring. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I could never say enough good things or recommend Hair Concepts more! Claire was the first stylist I went to after moving back to Hickory, it normally takes me so many tries to find a stylist who understands curly hair styles/cuts but Claire nailed it then and does every time! She does an amazing job of delivering exactly what I envision each appointment. The salon is also always clean, inviting, and professional staff. Love love love Hair Concepts!
