Duchess is the only cosmotoligist I will allow in my hair. She has been doing my hair designs since 1985 and never gone wrong in her profession. My hair is healthy, long and easily manageable because of Duchess. She is dependable, professional and willing to work with making appointments. But remember she is established with regulars like me who have been with her for years! Her loyal customers. The spot is clean and very comfortable while waiting to be seen.

Hair Concepts by Duchess is the ABSOLUTE BEST hair salon. Today was my first time going to them and I didn't even have an appointment but she made time for me. The service was impeccable and not only is she professional but also knowledgeable with what she's doing. Her assistant did a great job as well and my hair came out beautifully. I have been a customer of Hair Concepts for over 6 years & can just kick myself for not being inquisitive early on on what this establishment had to offer. This sistah in business is very caring on what your needs are and what she can do for you to help you look beautiful, she is always educating herself on the latest trends but is a truly a traditionalist. I just love that she is right in my neighbor, she's a no nonsense entrepreneur and she'll do all that she can to help your hair get right if its anyway possible, by the way, she has been known to do the impossible as well on the dead or alive.
