Hair & Company

I went in last week and felt so discriminated. My daughter and I both went in for a haircut and checked in like we’re supposed to. There were no other clients ahead of us. We waited for about 20 minutes when other customers came in. Both customers were greeted when they came in and checked in and they were in a chair getting their haircuts within 5 minutes after we had been waiting for so long. Nobody bothered to check on what we wanted or even bothered to greet us. We ended up leaving because we’re obviously being ignored.

Don’t feel as though my inspiration photos were achieved. Obviously the hair is styles in the Inspo photos, but I left with a choppy and uneven cut throughout my entire head. I have a 5” section moving entirely separate from the bottom sections, the left side of my hair is 1/2” longer than the right, but the bangs on the right are longer than the bangs on the left. I was told in the chair that it’s because I have more hair on one side. I was shocked when she stepped back and gave me the handheld mirror, she hadn’t hardly touched the left side of my head. When I pointed to the unblended “layers”, I was told it’s because I was pulling it forward. I tried explaining that I have quite straight hair and unblended sections will be very easy to see. I have been a long time customer of Hair and Company in Windsor. They have always done an excellent job and provide great customer service. I happened to be in Fort Collins and needed a haircut so I figured I would just pop into the hair and company and get my haircut. It turned out to be a terrible decision. I entered into the electronic sign in (skin fade) like I normally do. When Susanne called me up I went to her chair and she asked me what I wanted….i said I usually get a zero on the sides (which is what I always say because it’s a skin fade) her body language immediately told me she was not happy I said that. Oofta. We just got a really horrible cut. Chunks sticking out everywhere. So uneven and chunky all over. I might need to learn to cut hair. Pretty sure I can do much better. There was just a price increase and the haircut there was not good. The stylist was very nice but this is bad. 🙈

I went in and had my hair cut then made a 2 week appointment for my hair to be colored. As I made it to my appointment I checked in and sat down and waited Jean was supposed to do my hair she was ready, but as soon as she saw me, she didn’t want to do my hair instead, she sat down in her chair on her phone. Jean Then says yeah, she’ll be back. The manager calls Ali and Ali tells her that she had to leave the store to go get my hair color Because the manager forgot to go get it. The manager then comes to me And tells me what was going on, and if I was aware of anything, I told her no I was not told anything. My
