Hair City

Went in there with my headphone translator, I could not believe what the guy that works in the store was saying about people! Appalled!!! I will never shop here again! I would give 0 stars but it won’t allow me to. Luckily there are a few other hair stores in the area and thank goodness for the headphone translator!

Went in to look for next hairstyle. The customer service is usually pretty good. Today, I felt a bit rushed out of the store by an attendant but everyone else was great. Please don’t tell your customers “this is too expensive.” That’s rude- please consider changing your sales approach. You should not assume what is expensive for someone- do y’all want this money, or not?! Keeping it real!

I really enjoy shopping there it's the only hair store that is always in stock for everything I need. The customer service is exceptional, they are always so nice to my kids even when my son plays with the merchandise. #1 hair store in my book.

Customer service was great, really nice and helped me pick out everything, will be returning often

I don't hate this place, I just didn't find what I was looking for, but in the future I'm pretty sure I will be shopping there again.
