Highly unprofessional!! My daughter had an appointment for 2pm we got there early at 1:40. Kirah asked me if I could just leave my daughter and come back because it was to many people in there. I called my daughter at 3:15 she says she still waiting. I go in and Kirah says yes I’m behind my assistant called out. She should have called he clients a head of time to make us aware she would be behind today. Or even told us this when we arrived for the appointment. If I showed up an hour and a half late I’m sure my appointment would have been canceled! I like my time to be respected like I’m sure she wants hers respected!

The only thing this girl is good at is collecting a deposit. She has no customer service at all! It’s a shame cause she does really good hair but her business is terrible. Almost everytime I’ve booked an appointment an “emergency” comes up. And instead of being straight up a saying I can’t do it here’s your refund she will give you the run around. I’ve showed up and had more people ahead of me & im usually understanding. I get it life happens but it can’t be everytime I book an appointment it’s something going on. Unless you know personally, I wouldn’t book with her cause she will play in your face.

I was really excited to go to Kirah and have her be my regular hair stylist. Coming back to Philly, I’ve been encouraging my classmates to try to go out of our geographic bubble to find our services. There were a lot of issues with my experience: 1. I arrived 5-7 minutes late and apologized on arrival, which she later tried to bring up as a point when I asked for my deposit back after waiting an hour and 20 min. 2. She immediately tried to upsell me without discussing my long term or short term hair goals. What she said regarding the treatment that already came with the package I had booked for was the opposite of what her site said. 3. I ordered a product off the website. I ordered a flat iron on sale February 2nd, 2021. I still have not received the product. The money was quickly transacted from my account though. I had to reach out to the seller and explain this and she said I’m sorry I’ll ship them out. I still didn’t receive my product. I contacted the vendor again and she said “it was been sent out.” I have no reason to lie and just want a refund due to the amount of time, unprofessionalism, and clear lack of care in customer service.

This women is a SCAM. I had an appointment for 11am and waited almost 2 hours for her to show up before I said never mind. Very unprofessional and not even worth your money or time. Save yourself the trouble and book with someone who you know is reliable.
