Hair By Slay

I’ve been going to Slay for YEARS. I don’t trust anyone else with my hair (I live in Midland now and will drive 5 hours to see her). She’s a master at lightening dark hair. She’ll be honest with you and put the health of your hair first—because, isn’t the goal to have healthy hair?? I hope she never stops doing hair because I CANNOT find anyone else. **also she really cares for her clients, old and new. She has snacks, drinks, andddd a TV with every streaming service!

Slay completely embodies her name. She slays in all aspects! I have been going to her for about 7 years now and I will never trust anyone else with my hair. She's a lifer 🩷 she specializes in blondes but never underestimate her powers with brunettes and redheads!!!! Her balayage is 🔥 I've done all 3 color families and this copper era is my favorite. GO SEE HER! You'll love the experience ☺️

I found slay through Instagram and was very pleased with the pics. I was originally going to get my hair colored by her but decided on just a cut. She texted me and told me she would be a few minutes late, which I totally understand and then a few minutes later she called very upset and having to reschedule. Which still i understood and told her to take care of herself and I would reschedule. She was going to comp my haircut bc she did not want to have a 1st bad experience with me since I was a new client. I go to my appointment and she cuts my hair and she finishes up and tells me to go through my hair and she would be back. I went through my hair and I was NOT happy. My face framing was not the same length on each side, the layers on one side had really harsh cuts and was NOT blended a

Slay has done my hair multiple times since 2020 and each time, it is perfect. Whether I'm getting blonding or going red, she goes above and beyond even with the huge amount of hair that I have. I actually no longer live in Texas, but I plan on flying back JUST so she can do my hair again. I trust no one else.

I’ve been going to Slay to get my hair done for years now and I absolutely love her!! She always does an amazing job on my balayage and hair cut without cutting too much off the ends. She also takes time to fully discuss what you want and explain things to you which is super helpful. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Plus her studio is super cute!
