If you get a Diva cut, or any curly hair cut, go to Lori! She was great!!!! I had a haircut that was not right for my hair; Lori quickly identified the issue and was able to correct another stylists error. My hair now looks great (not because of me, I can't fix hair!) and I have received many compliments. Their customer service is way beyond fantastic!!!!!!! I highly recommend going here!

Very nice hair salon, l booked with Alexis for my first appointment and she did an amazing job fixing my self cut hair, she evens it out in the back and fixed my bang nicely to a beautiful bob hair she's very nice and friendly and professional and experienced with haircutting, l would definitely come back to have her cut my hair again! I'm very happy with my hair cut, l used to go to hair salons downtown and it costs a lot more, at Micheal's you'll get the downtown high end results at a better price!

I came here for the first time yesterday and my experience was amazing. My stylist Amanda was so nice and caring. she was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. She made an experience I wasn’t exactly looking forward to into a positive situation. I Will absolutely be going back for all my hair needs.

Amanda did an amazing job on my hair just love the way she does highlights. I was very happy when I left. She talked to me first and really listened to what I wanted. I was very impressed with that.

Had to leave a previous stylist/ shop 11 years ago; was scared to death to switch to another place and stylist. ALEXIS understood my fear; made me feel welcomed, like a friend, and I've never looked back! She puts together an awesome color, magic scissors, the best design suggestions, and is so friendly! I've recommended her to others who have also been pleased. Wish there were more than 5 stars!!! The whole staff is friendly, professional and the shop is very clean and safe. Highly recommend!!!
