If i could give them 10 stars I would Elizabeth has been doing my hair for 3yrs now and she always does a great job There r both very friendly I went to alot of places in Shreveport & bossier and nobody could ever do what I wanted until I found this place I HIGHLY recommend Hair by Melissa

I can go in with any crazy idea i have and they got it covered. Melissa is amazing and anyone else i have used is as well. I looked for a long time for a permanent hair salon and have found it there.

Have never gotten my hair professionally colored. Came in for a consultation with Tommi- I had sort of an idea for what I wanted, but I was all over the place. We talked about options, set a game plan and I came back a few days later. Did a highlight/lowlight and cut. After it was dry we both agreed it needed a bit more blonde on top. She got me back in a few days later to correct it and I’m so happy with the new look. The whole process was super comfortable, even though it may have taken a little longer than expected. Will be back again!

I have been getting my hair done with Melissa for over 11 years now and she has been absolutely amazing in everything she does. I love the way she cuts my hair, hilights, tones etc. She’s so talented, patient, and so thankful to have a friend like her!

Melissa the owner treats you like family, helps you choose a hairstyle if your confused like I was LOL, does the most beautiful hair colors and styles no matter which one you choose, her sidekick stylist Elizabeth is also great with styles and colors, they are professional but also fun to be around, they are both also great with men and children's hairstyles. The salon is always clean and well stocked with hair products for all hair types. I highly recommend Hair by Melissa for you, your family and friends.
