I recently visited Hair by Kelsey. I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I had a feeling I would get a great cut. Kelsey was exceptional. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered professional advice on how to achieve the results I wanted. Her attention to detail and skillful technique were evident throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated how they checked in with me at various stages to ensure I was satisfied with the progress. The result? A fantastic haircut that exceeded my expectations! The quality of service was top-notch, and I have had compliments on my new cut. It took seven years here in Abilene to find someone who got it right.

Kelsey is the most amazing, genuine, down to earth, and kind person I’ve ever met and she is amazing at what she does. I got my first balayage done and she was so helpful with the care of natural curly hair to make sure it looked great!!! She made me feel at ease getting my hair dyed for the first time and I don’t think I’ll go to anybody else, obsessed with my hair and can’t wait to get some lashes from her !❤️

She took the time to explain the procedure to me and the after care. She started the appointment off by asking what questions I had. I really appreciated that.
