Yesterday I had the horrible experience of pedicure at HAIR BY JADE 1. 1. Dirty place. 2. The massager of chair was not working, I informed the staff lady, she ignored. 3. The plastic bag type thing that was supposed to fit in the water area was not fitted. 4. Water was cold. 5. I asked for the automatic filing machine, the lady refused to offer by saying : ITS NOT GOOD FOR NAILS. 6. No information about service was asked, she came and started pedicure. 7. The nail paint which I selected…the lady couldn’t open it, she dropped some nail polish remover on it but the bottle was jammed with nail paint around it. 8. She gave me manual massage which is the part of pedicure for 24 SECONDS..when I asked her that it’s too short time, she said she would do after applying the nail paint. 9. She mas

Extremely disappointed with Nancy from this salon and probably will never be back- I’m actually shocked she has a cosmetology license. My husband and son went in while I stayed in the car with our daughter. My husband texted me and asked me to go in because he said the cut looked horrible, I go in and it is nothing like what we asked for so I pulled up a new picture and asked her to just fade the back and blend, she said more cutting more money, I told her absolutely not and that it didn’t look like what we asked for so I want it fixed. She proceeded to argue with me and another lady from the salon. After a conversation with the other lady in her primary language she starts to cut my son’s hair again and so aggressively that she actually cut the back of his head twice with clippers. My son

Honestly i’m so sad i even trusted this place to do my virgin hair. I wanted blended highlights in a caramel color. I left with chunky highlights and the back inner part of my hair doesn’t have highlights at all. I wanted something inexpensive, hence the sign outside that said highlights were $50 i knew it wouldn’t be $50 exact but i paid $150 for something that wasn’t even worth it. Do not come her for hair color. Attached Is what i asked for vs what i got. Just wish i could get it redone and fixed free of charge or a refund or something. Mimi was very pleasant but i’m so unhappy with the results.

For the first time ever my son felt comfortable getting a haircut since he is autistic, he is very sensitive with noise. Thank you Rick! You did an excellent job. I’m crying of Joy that I finally found a place where my son feels happy.

Every time I go I get the best customer service when it comes to a cut, some laughs, and a warm welcome. My go to stylists Nancy and Rick are always on point when it comes to what I want and I don’t even have to mention it anymore because they know what I like. The service and outcome always exceeds my expectations every time I go. Thank you all for your service when it comes to getting me fresh😎🤙🏾🫡.
