I’m sharing my experience so others can be aware. This salon has two stylists, Anna and Sergey. On December 26, I had an AirTouch color service, which cost $380. The first photo shows the result right after the appointment. By December 30 (second photo), I noticed some dark strands and a few reddish tones, but at that time I didn’t pay much attention to it. However, by mid-January it became clear that all of the dark strands had turned red/ginger. I want to emphasize that I did not request any red or warm tones. I contacted the stylist to ask about this, as for such an expensive service the color should not fade or change this drastically within a few weeks. Fettah did my mom’s hair and he was able to correct her color in just one session. He’s very talented and the sweetest! I used to go to him years ago for the best ashy blonde highlights and he always delivered. Love him and his work!
