I am very happy with my experience at Hair by Erica & Company. My stylist, Alyssa, was great. This was the first time I've left a salon feeling good and confident about my style. Alyssa was able to bring out my subtle waves and teach me how to style it myself at home. I usually just straighten my hair because my waves are so subtle and I don't know how to make them pop but Alyssa made them look real good. We had great personal conversation but we also had good conversation about hair care. I feel like she really understood what I wanted and was able to deliver perfectly! I look forward to bring my curly haired girls for their first appointment with Alyssa!

Such a welcoming salon! Myself and a few of my kids ages 4-17 had hair cuts with Karen. Not only were our cuts great, the environment was welcoming. I have very curly hair, my one son extremely thick but straight hair, one has loose curls, and one very fine straight hair. Wildly different yet she managed to do a great cut for all of us!

Updated November 2023 - Erica is still great to work with! Something I forgot to mention in my earlier review is that her rates are super reasonable! Erica is great. She always listens for my feedback and works with me to ensure I get the haircut I want. As somewho is trying to change up their appearance, Erica is a great partner in the process!

Erica is THE BEST. She can do AMAZING things with color, and has some of the BEST prices. She is easy to work with, and is flexible with working around my crazy schedule. Her system automatically texts you reminders so you won't miss your appointment. She is really friendly and funny and easy to talk to, so it's fun just going to get your hair done. The salon is on a relatively quiet street, so it's not super noisy or crowded. I really love that she's incredibly inclusive--she has a special room for guests with special needs (autism spectrum and other sensory needs) and took special training for being able to connect and work for people of any gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc., so no matter who you are, she will do her best to make you feel comfortable.
