Ms. Debra has LITERALLY rescued my hair! She revived my broken and damaged (post-braided) hair and turned it into a thing of beauty. My hair has never been so healthy and strong, and my scalp has never felt so invigorated and clean. Ms. Debra, and all of the staff at the shop who wash and take care of my hair, are an extraordinary group of women! They take such time and effort caring for my hair while simultaneously making me feel like family and creating a comfortable, home-like feeling in the salon. I went for my 1st visit last Tuesday and was thoroughly pleased. The silk press Debbie did for my natural hair was great. She and her staff were very welcoming and made my visit there very enjoyable. The atmosphere was very nice. I look forward to my next appointment.

Oh my!!!! First impression such a wonderful place and Debbie is awesome I have not been to a beauty parlor like this since my days in NY hot stove & Angie is wonderful as well got wash conditioner and went under the hair dryer plus hot curls back in the days hot curl. I am bi-racial and have mixed curly hair: types 3A - 3C. I wanted to find a hair salon that knew how to handle mixed race hair, but where I also felt comfortable as I look more Caucasian than African American. I booked an appointment for a haircut and color last Friday and was pleasantly surprised. It was the best haircut and style I've had in a long time! Debra (store owner) did a great job on my hair, and I walked out feeling like the Professional Woman that I am. The atmosphere was casual yet professional, and staff was engaging. It seemed like everyone present knew one another like "good friends", but I also felt included. I will definitely return in the future.

If you want to find a hair care establishment that authentically cares about making you feel beautiful and stepping into any room as your best self, this is the place to go!! We need more empowering spaces like this that cater to hair care! I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a salon that caters to every person exhuming their authentic style.
