Very upset with the service I received. I spent over $400 for what was supposed to be a bayalage look and the highlights shouldve been blended to where there wasnt a harsh line of growth. She explained via messaging and in person that the way she was blending my hair I wouldnt need to come back for 3-4 months because of her technique. Im 6 weeks out and my hair looks no different in outgrowth than if I wouldve went somewhere and paid $100 for regular highlights. I reached out to her and she responded “thats so weird, that shouldnt have happened.” So she admitted that this was wrong and shes not willing to fix it. Please dont spend so much money here, any good stylist that admits the hair didnt turn out right should be willing to fix it.
