This was my 1st time going to Biti & I swear she is a magician! The balayage she did was beautiful and she somehow managed to make the mess that is my hair look healthy and vibrant. She listens to what you want and also seems to be able to intuit what you want at the same time. She and her assistant were very sweet and kind and professional. I will definitely be going back❤️

Absolutely love this salon! Biti did an amazing job— my cut and balayage look so natural, and my hair feels healthy and shiny. She’s so talented, takes her time, and the salon is super clean with high-quality products. Highly recommend it!

My first time going & haven’t had a haircut in over a year. This was the best experience I’ve had at a salon in NY. Very attentive, knowledgeable & great skills. Also very friendly with the salon being quaint & homey. Also salon is very clean. The other staff that washed my hair was amazing & friendly. I love my results & will definitely go back.

I have been scouring internet reviews to find a place in Astoria for a great summer balayage on hair that rarely gets color and for somewhere that feels fairly priced. This is it! Will definitely be going back. Biti is clearly proud of her work which gave me a sense of comfort and trust with my undyed hair. She is meticulous while also efficient! Some additional highlights: - very quick! 2.5 hours for my color (only slight bang trim but no full cut since I didn’t need it) - open at 9:00 am instead of later, which I appreciate - accepts credit card through square and can pay tip either way the same transaction (big bonus for me!! I hate worrying about cash or Zelle) - genuinely nice women who made it such a comfortable and relaxing experience Will be loyal to them for my annual color appt

No one else I would ever trust with my hair then Bitila. In love with the work and in love with her technique. I have recommended so many friends and family. They are absolutely in love with the results and have not gone anywhere else but her hair salon.
