Had an amazing experience with Ada, and I truly cannot recommend her enough! She is incredibly professional and you can immediately see how much passion and care she puts into her work. From the moment I arrived, she was kind, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Her salon is spotless, beautifully organized, and she uses high-quality products that treat your hair with real respect. My natural hair is very dark, almost black, and I was worried about bleaching — but Ada handled it with such skill and attention that there was absolutely no damage. She achieved the perfect color while keeping my hair healthy and soft. I absolutely love my hair now. Ada did an amazing job with my highlights, babylights, and haircut. Everything is perfectly blended and my blonde looks flawless. The cut frames my face beautifully. Highly recommend her.

A friend recommended Ada to me, and ever since that first visit, I haven’t gone anywhere else. She genuinely knows what’s best for my hair and always gives thoughtful, professional suggestions that I can trust completely. Her expertise and eye for detail make such a difference. I absolutely love her. She’s calm, gentle, and her positive energy makes every appointment so relaxing. I do not recommend. I paid $485 for half highlight and my hair was cut without me having a say about the length. I was planning on having a cut with my daughter in April, now that’s impossible. Mind you I’m a new client so I’m not comfortable with a full blown cut by a new hair dresser either. She told me she was going to clean up the ends, I explained I wanted it straight to keep the length and that was completely ignored instead I got layers. Also my hair was video without my knowledge/ permission. I will not be returning. In total I paid $505 including tip and left unhappy.

I had balayage done with Ada. It was not at all what I asked for. It was brassy within a week. I reached out within 10 days after a couple of shampoos revealed the actual color, and she blamed me? She didn’t take responsibility for it at all. I even purchased products that she recommended to me. When I called her out, she said she would try to fix it for me and that she’d reach out to schedule me in, but no surprise, she never did. I ended up getting my hair corrected elsewhere by an actual master colorist. She said the placement of the highlights and the level she bleached it to made no sense at all based on the picture of what I showed Ada that I wanted. I went to Ada because she had really good reviews and I thought she knew what she was doing. Just know that if it’s not actually what y
